Claymore Pipes & Drums, Munich, Germany: Drummers Wanted.

The Claymore Pipes and Drums are an established (over 30 years) band who are very active in the pipe band scene in Germany. Their members include a number of grade 2 pipers and drummers coming from Canada, Australia and Scotland.

They are actively looking for drummers (especially tenors) and offer a home from home for anyone who lives in or around Munich. The band takes part in most of the competitions as well as being involved in a number of gigs on all levels.

Tenors Drummers Wanted: Pryde Of East Lothian Pipe Band

The Pryde Of East Lothian Pipes & Drums is looking for additional three tenor drummers to compete with them in 2013 and attend all the majors championships.

The drum corps had a fantastic start to the 2012 season by becoming Scottish Champions in Grade 4a at the Scottish Championships last May.

The band practices on a Tuesday and Friday (based in Musselburgh) and if you are interested in joining the drum corps and playing with an up and coming band then please contact us on this website for more details.

The band also gets to travel and is attending the Malta Military Tattoo in October 2012.

The tenor section is taught by Alan Jordan formerly of Boghall and Bathgate Pipe Band.
